Trajectory Labs ("we," "our," or "us") built Prism as a mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

Email address — collected when you create an account or sign in with email/password.
Account identifiers — a unique user ID generated when your account is created, used to associate your data with your account.
Task data — the tasks, queue items, and profile names you create inside the app. This content is stored on our servers so it syncs across your devices.
Device token — a push notification token used solely to deliver reminders and due-date notifications you have configured. It is not linked to any advertising system.

If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the email address and unique identifier provided by that service. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and authenticate your account
To sync your tasks and settings across devices
To send push notifications for due dates and reminders you have set
To maintain and improve the reliability of the app

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your account and task data are stored using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is stored on servers in the United States. Supabase's privacy practices are described at supabase.com/privacy.

4. Third-Party Sign-In

Prism supports Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google as optional authentication methods. When you use these, you are subject to Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies. We only receive the minimum information needed to create your account (email address and a unique identifier).

5. Diagnostics and Crash Reporting

The app is built with Expo, which may collect anonymous crash reports and performance diagnostics to help us identify and fix bugs. This data is not linked to your identity. You can review Expo's data practices at expo.dev/privacy.

6. Data Retention

Completed tasks are automatically deleted from our servers 60 days after completion. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen inside the app, which permanently removes all of your data from our servers.

7. Children's Privacy

Prism is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

You can:

Access and export your task data at any time by using the app
Delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account
Disable push notifications at any time through your device's notification settings
Contact us to request a copy of your data or to ask questions about how it is used

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
